Instead of committing to a whole lamb a mixed box of cuts makes the decision easy! There will be a mix of ground, chops and roasts. Deliveries are available on a monthly bases in and around the North Fork Valley and can be arrange for other parts of the Western Slope. Please reach out before ordering if you are interested in getting a mixed lamb box but live further away.
